Summary: Lobby was clean and well maintained but i found a vape on my bed as soon as i lifted the blanket probably left by the previous gues Makes me think if the bedsheets were even clean. Management needs to ensure cleaning staff does their job well

Summary: Room was understocked. Only one towel for multiple people. Kept calling the desk to have towels brought up. They just kept giving excuses and never had towels delivered.

Summary: The rooms have seen better days. Most of the furniture in the room is either chipped or the paint worn off. Door to room would not close properly unless you slammed it. Lower floors (we were on the 3rd) can hear the subway very loudly in the room, like a boom box in a car outside the hotel. The whole place is in dire need of an upgrade. Elevators smell like a stale joint. Had been smoked in them. The hallway also had that same stale smell. Rooms are definitely not soundproof, paper thin walls. Not worth the money even though the location was pretty decent.

Summary: This was listed as a luxury room with king bed. This room was far from "luxury". Very basic with no luxury amenities in the room. Bathroom had one towel when they knew two people were going to be in the room. I had to call to get more towels and wash cloths each day.

Summary: It was fine, but I wouldn't choose here again vs the Hampton Inn just across the street that I've been in before. Both had comfy beds and I got a good night's sleep in both, however, my memory is that the Hampton's room was slightly bigger, whereas in the Tillary, sitting down at the desk and getting work done wasn't the easiest thing due to its proximity to the bed. Also, the Tillary has some kind of "resort fee" thing going on - I think included in the price - so don't forget to use those benefits. It gets you coffee in the morning at the hotel cafe and I think also a food item from the bar too - but the server at the bar didn't inform me of that and gladly accepted my credit card instead. Whoops...

Summary: staff was great although we didn't have too much interaction as we were there only overnight. The rooms were clean but the common areas looked very worn and the rooms are dark and somewhat dingy. Some lights weren't working. It's a shame because the place has a lot of potential.

Summary: room was just average but okay, lots of things missing that we had to call the desk for, only one towel, no wash cloths, room was booked for two, no hand soap at the sink, no coffee pods for the keurig etc. Not a great stay for the price but location was good.
